As one of the most delicate musical instruments, the harp is made of a large area of precious wood and equipped with metal devices. Sometimes the transportation or handling process may cause changes in climate, temperature, humidity, etc., causing the harp to become damaged after the initial purchase and playing. Some special circumstances arise.
Sometimes a new harp may have problems that are definitely not caused by human error. In this case, it all depends on the manufacturer's level of handling and responsibility.
One thing that is well known to everyone is that due to Taiwan's humid climate, the probability of harp sound box cracking is relatively high, especially for pedal harps. In our previous service experience, we have come into contact with many friends who came to the center to seek assistance in dealing with such problems.
Although these harps are not the exclusive agents of our center, and most of our friends have tried to seek help from the original manufacturers, due to language barriers or lack of technical knowledge of harp devices, accurate and effective communication is impossible. The communication may even last for several weeks to one or two months without the problem being solved.

If there are any problems with the harps sold from Taiwan Harp Center, we will help these friends contact our general agent, the original manufacturer CAMAC HARPS, as soon as possible.
The French side almost always responded within two to three days or a week (sometimes even on the same day), or even asked to see photos or videos of the piano in condition, because they wanted to clearly clarify the actual problem so that they could provide the most accurate and effective solution.
In fact, it is a very rare situation that (defects and problems) will appear on the CAMAC HARPS harps that we are the exclusive agent of. However, if such a situation does occur, after our professional evaluation, it is found to be an original problem, and we are willing to provide full responsibility to handle it.
